2023 Barrow Grand Ball

Barrow Neurological Institute is a global leader in advancing scientific discoveries, training tomorrow’s leaders in neuroscience, and developing treatments that profoundly impact those affected by complex and debilitating neurological conditions. Since the opening of Barrow in 1962, “bench-to-bedside” research has afforded medical breakthroughs that transform and save patients’ lives. Under the leadership of Barrow President and CEO, Michael T. Lawton, MD, neuroscience specialists at the Institute continue to revolutionize procedures by accepting challenges, rejecting norms, and pushing the boundaries of research and innovation.

The Women’s Board of Barrow Neurological Foundation was formed in 1965 to engage community support for the Institute’s critical mission. Fifty-eight years later, the resourcefulness and dedication of the Board persists. Since its inception, the Women’s Board has raised more than $93 million dollars for world-class physicians, nurses, scientists, and clinicians at Barrow.

The culmination of the Board’s annual work is the Barrow Grand Ball, which serves as a heartfelt thank you to our donors’ incredible generosity. This year, the iconic Phoenix event will be held at the Arizona Biltmore on January 21, 2023. With your gift, Barrow Neurological Institute will sustain its longstanding tradition of excellence in quality patient care and outcomes.
